My New Partnership
Recently, Aspire to Serve has partnered with RTA, a non-profit organization that manages serveral tennis programs and tournaments for players. A specific program that Aspire to Serve has been working to support is the Rising Stars Program. The Rising Stars is an academy that offers free tennis clinics and training at local parks in the Richmond area to underprivileged kids. With the money that is raised through Aspire to Serve, we will be able to provide scholarships and free lessons to those who want to become better and achieve high levels of success in the sport.
My First Partnership
In 2022, Aspire to Serve partnered with Lobs & Lessons, a non-profit organization that offers summer and after-school programs centered around tennis for K-12 students. I volunteered during the summer of 2022, and I was able to see first hand the positive impact extracurricular activites had on kids. They were exposed to so many new things. It was humbling and rewarding at the same time. Many kids found new friends!
